Challenge
Parkshore’s unique geographic location and lifestyle are best communicated through visuals. The goal of the video series was to create something tangible that easily shows the lifestyle of living at Parkshore.
Solution
A three video series focused on the neighborhood, Lake Washington, and the lifestyle at Parkshore. A fourth video was created later to capture the upcoming community and apartment renovations.
Results
The videos have become one of the most popular and clicked on features of the website and serve as a tangible tool that the community can use when discussing the lifestyle with prospects.
