Challenge
Rose Schnitzer Manor is the only kosher senior living organization in Oregon state. At the time of it’s construction, it was the most luxury community in Portland. However, over time, newer communities sprouted up and took some market share. They needed to boost brand awareness and census.
Solution
After interviewing staff and residents, developed messaging that is true to the organization, stands out and gets noticed. The outcome, “The Jewish Mother of Retirement Living” connotes both quality and light hearted humor.
Results
Within one year, boosted census from the low 80’s to 95%.
