Cadence Living began working with 3rdThird when they started out with a single senior living community. They needed strong, adaptable branding that would work with all of their future expansions and acquisitions.
Solution
A consistent but customizable set of brand guidelines was created to give all new Cadence Living communities a similar look and feel, but still allow attention on unique elements. The tagline Life in the Key of Beautiful® was developed to universally capture Cadence’s commitment to lifestyle.
Results
Cadence Living has grown to more than 35 communities. We created a brand that adapts well to both high-end and value communities. The brand provides a cost-effective and easy way to develop collateral and websites based upon a shared identity while still allowing customization for specific regions or amenities.
