Carol began designing, programming and teaching people strategies for coming alongside loved ones. She served for 3 years on the LeadingAge Washington Board and is presently the Chairperson for the Assisted Living Cabinet for LeadingAge Washington. She is an instructor for DSHS education of Dementia, Mental Health, Fundamentals of Caregiving, and 150+ continuing education classes. She is also an instructor for the Assisted Living Academy for LeadingAge Washington.

With more than 37 years of management, he emphasizes building teams and creating high standards.
