  • Executive Coaching

    Dr. Kelly Tremblay, PhD, is a former clinician and professor who specializes in aging. In addition to being a scientist, advocate and global leader on issues related to healthy aging, she has served on many executive boards and contributed to public health initiatives with the World Health Organization. With this background, she is especially aware of the unique challenges and opportunities associated when working with seniors. Her love for mentoring students and colleagues led her to become a Certified Executive Coach. She offers confidential, one-on-one coaching on topics related to career development and transition.

  • Executive Coaching

    Randi Saeter, a registered dietitian and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), holds a Master of Business Administration & Healthcare Management and has extensive leadership experience in senior living communities. From managing dining services departments in skilled nursing to serving as an executive director in Life Plan communities, she has a passion for identifying challenges and working strategically and collaboratively with teams to produce sustainable solutions. She offers short-term, interim LNHA- and dining director services and targeted quality assurance audits as a consultant to help ensure regulatory compliance.
