Challenge
A geographically challenged, affordable rental community needed to complete a 400-unit lease up.
Solution
We created a direct mail campaign that would not go unnoticed by personalizing the recipient’s name in whipped cream on the cover.
Results
Generated a substantial number of tour leads and move-ins, using a very affordable and warm offer. Won the 2011 National Mature Media Gold Award for the Direct Mail category from the Aging Services of America organization.
