After the high-performing success of direct response work with Maplewood in VT, CT, NJ & MA, we were invited to create a direct mail package for their INSPIR community in NYC. Their marketing team told us that “Direct mail doesn’t work for these prospects.” Challenge accepted.
Challenge
Break through the clutter to communicate with hard-to-reach, high-wealth New Yorkers and their adult children with a mail package that will get open, generate RSVPs and introduce the community.
Solution
We employed an oversized, upscale flat envelope package with a high-end black ink design that echoed the motif of the INSPIR brand and architecture. We wrote two different letters, one for the adult children and another for people aged 75+. Accompanying the package was a sleek invitation to several events, including a Halston design soiree. It also highlighted key aspects of the INSPIR interiors.
